THE INTENDED PLAN OF REMEMBRANCE
Text: LUKE 22:19 - "...This do in remembrance of me."
Preface: Jesus said that Communion was an act during which we were to remember Him. We also are to remember His death; His resurrection; His overwhelming victory; His majesty, and His glory. Many times we think that we do think of and remember Him, when we fail at this awesome responsibility.
A. The Beginning
Exodus chapter 12 gives us an account of God commanding that the Children of Israel sacrifice a lamb without spot or blemish and place the blood from this animal upon the side and upper door post of their house.
This was to celebrate their departure out of bondage from Egyptian slavery.
B. Our Sacrifice
God gave the GREATEST SACRIFICE that could ever be offered for our sins. (John 3:16)
The Lamb of God (Jesus Christ) was to shed His precious blood for our personal deliverance out of bondage from satan.
Isaiah 1:18, "Come let us reason together, though your sins be as scarlet."
C. Come To The Table With
As often as we take communion, we must proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes (I Corinthians 11:26)
Are we truly thankful for His victory?
Do we also share in that victory everyday we live with Jesus Christ in our heart?
When we take the cup we are testifying that we have been redeemed by His blood.
Every time we take the bread we are testifying to the fact that there is healing available through the BROKEN BODY of Jesus Christ.
We are proclaiming to all present that there is forgiveness and cleansing of sins through the BLOOD OF CHRIST.
Don't Forget
The Lord’s Supper (communion) is a statement about how deliverance has come into the world, and is also a precious time of sharing fellowship with other believers.

LORD, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DREAM’S
Text: JOEL 2:28 "I Will Pour Out My Spirit"
Preface: God promised that He would pour out His Spirit upon ALL flesh. I believe with ALL my heart that God is doing exactly what He said He would. I have found Him to be TRUE with ALL He said. I have found Him to ALWAYS be there regardless of the circumstance or situation.
Have you ever dreamed dreams or thought you had received a Divine vision and so far nothing has happened? There are some things or thoughts that people have that NEVER will come true. Possibly, you have dreamed some of these things.
A. Separation Without Persecution
- ALL that live Godly will suffer persecution ( II Timothy 3:12 )
- The world will pass away and the "Lust thereof." ( I John 2:17 )
- "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." ( Romans 12:2 )
- Look at; Job, Daniel, Paul.
B. Revival Without Sacrifice
- Having revival without sacrifice is a dream that will never come true, both personal and church wide.
- God’s Word makes it VERY clear in what MUST take place before revival can happen Humble ourselves, Pray, Seek His face, Turn from our sin. ( II Chronicles 7:14 )
- How would you ever know that God is there for you, if you never needed Him?
C. Trying To win Souls Without Compassion
- Psalms 126:5-6 informs the believer that winning souls is guaranteed to those who have compassion.
- Winning souls and keeping loved ones out of hell without compassion, is an empty dream that will NEVER come true.
Thought Of The Week
- The church has changed over the last years probably more than any other period of church history.
- However, God has not and will not change.
- He is still a jealous God and wants our worship.

WHAT’s IN YOUR TANK?
Text: Eph 5:15-18 (Eph 5:15-18 KJV) See then that ye walk circumspectly (attentively, diligently) , not as fools, but as wise, {16} Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. {17} Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. {18} And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but BE filled with the Spirit;
Preface: Our spiritual lives are like fuel tanks. We are never actually empty, rather we are more full of one thing than another. What is in Your Tank…..NOW?
A. FULL OF FUEL vs FUME
- Gasoline "doesn't Burn." Only the fumes burn. However, the difference is that Fuel continues to "produce."
- What Gasoline is to the internal combustion engine, the Holy Ghost is to the soul of man
- RESULTS of SPIRITUAL FUEL - We are a Pentecostal People who believe in the Pentecostal Experience, which leads to a Pentecostal Lifestyle! WHAT’s THAT?
- (Acts 1:8) But ye shall receive power, ...and ye shall be witnesses unto me... (The in-filling of the Holy Ghost gives you Motivational Fuel to Witness!
- (Acts 2:1-4) V4 they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (When your tank is full of the Holy Ghost, He will give you a heavenly language so your spirit can properly connect with His Spirit!
B. EMPTY FUMES & FILL with FUEL
- Just as fuel in your tank automatically displaces the Fumes, the more of the Holy Ghost you take in, the less of the World you will carry. (Mat 11:28-30 KJV)
- Replace What You Have With What You Need ...When you present a vessel totally emptied of the world, ... Then you have room in your life to be filled with the Spirit who Gives Life!! I want a full time Connection vs Temporary Experience; Rom 8:13-14 NIV
C. WHAT’s IN YOR TANK?
- Is your tank full everything that burdens you down?
- * Are you Thirsty for a Fresh Fill Up of the Holy Ghost Fire? COME FOR A FILLING! Come to the reservoir and drink deep from the fountain.
- (Isa 55:1 NIV) "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.

A CONVENIENT SEASON
Text: ACTS 24:24-25 PROVERBS 27:1
Preface: The Apostle Paul from the very beginning of his life in Christ, greatly influenced everyone around him. The persecutor-turned Apostle stood before kings, governors and even the religious power heads of his day. His enemies accused him, imprisoned him, beat him, and even threatened him with his very life. He traveled thousands of miles and also survived a shipwreck. Through all this, Paul never gave up and he always defended and preached the Gospel.
A. Before Felix
- Paul was on trial and was being transported to three different Roman judges.
- In our text (Acts 24:24), Paul is being tried in the court of Felix, a very evil sinner, who knew not the Lord.
- Felix had promised Paul a speedy trial and a fast verdict (vr. 22).
B. Felix Procrastinates
- In verse 25, Felix seems to get totally (Emphobos) Greek word meaning afraid.
- He puts off the verdict like he promised Paul until a "More convenient time".
- This verse is a prime example of how both sinner and Saint refuses to surrender.
- The sinner to salvation, and the Saint to labor.
C. Putting Off Till Tomorrow
- The Bible gives us the story of a man who was used of God and then "Fooled Around" and lost his relationship with Jehovah.
- Saul was this person who backslid after committing 35 recorded sins against God.
- I Samuel 28 tells of Saul consorting with the "Witch of Endor", and attempts to find out the future, only God knows our future.
- In an attempt to communicate with a dead person (Samuel) in I Chronicles 10, a demon speaks in the form of the voice of Samuel.
- It is commanded in scores of Scripture that we are not to communicate with the dead.
- Saul sought information from demons and NOT from God. Later, God would not answer.
Points To Ponder This Week
- The Scripture tells of Saul committing suicide in I Chronicles 10.
- We need to be like King David when he speaks in Psalms 42; "As the deer panteth after the water, so panteth my soul after thee, Oh God."
