 Fathers at todays service line up in front of the platform... |
June 20, 2004 - Nashville Fathers Day service at Broadmoor included the recognition of and a presentation to all the Fathers present today. Each Father present was given a copy of the book, "Life's Purpose For Righteous Men". A long time member, worker in the Church, and father, John Wilson, was honored today. A photo presentation of a few of his many accomplishments in his service to the Lord and his life was given today. Some of these included helping to build the church both in people and buildings, serving as Song Director, Superintendent of Sunday School, Director of the Children's Church, taking Sunday School out to the Blind School, military service to his country, and being a Father. Congratulations, Brother Wilson and thank you for the fine example that you both taught and lived. |
