May 22, 2005 A.M. - Nashville Our Spring Revival with Rev. Shelton Smith began in a great way today. The presence of the Holy Spirit was evident from the beginning of the service. Rev. Smith spoke from Acts about the fear of the Lord and that it is this fear that will bring us closer to God with an attitude of respect and worship. He read Acts 5:11-16 and asked Pastor Peterson to read Acts 19:17. He used examples from his own life experiences to demonstrate his message. At the end of the service all came down to the front of the sanctuary and Holy Spirit gave a message in tongues and touched many who were there. |
